Shipping Policy
Our orders are dispatched by Standard Post shipping. Depending on your selected delivery type, the delivery location and local postal services, the delivery may take between 1 and 3 working days to arrive. You may opt for a 1st class delivery upgrade during Checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. We will not refund items that have become broken or damaged after purchase.

You must return your item with a note referencing your order number and name - so we can process the return.
We will process your return once it has been received and inspected.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the funds will be sent to your original method of payment.
