This privacy statement explains what information we collect on the CubeTech Online Store at www.cubetechvut.wixsite.com/cubetech, how and when it is collected, what we use it for now and how we will use it in the future. Subscribing to our newsletter means that you gave us permission to send you emails about our new products launches, exclusive offers, sale promotions and VIP shopping event invitations. We will only send you marketing messages that we think would be of interest to you, if you have chosen to register your details with us. If you decide that you no longer want to receive our emails you can unsubscribe at any time by logging into your account, clicking on email preferences, then untick appropriate boxes and clicking on update. We will never sell your details to an unconnected third party for marketing purposes.

1. How we use your information

(a) When you place an order with us we collect certain information which is required for us to process your transaction. This includes your personal details, order details and details of your address(es).

(b) We will use this information to process your transaction and despatch your order. We may at times ask for other details, for example category preferences, age and any special dates (such as birthday and anniversary). These details will be used for profiling and marketing purposes. Providing us with this sort of information is entirely voluntary.

(c) You can choose to sign up for our newsletter and to receive other marketing communications from us. By asking to receive this information you consent to receive marketing communications from us using any contact method which you have provided us with, including by post, email, sms, mms and telephone.

(d) On occasion, we may ask for feedback from you about the usage or services our website provides to help us develop and improve it further.

(e) For quality control and training purposes, we may monitor or record your communications with us.

1. How long do we keep your data?

We keep your personal data for a limited period of time, depending on the purpose for which it was collected, at the end of which your personal data will be deleted or otherwise rendered anonymous in an irreversible way. The retention period is different depending on the purpose of the processing: for example, the data collected during the purchase of goods on www.designnest.eu are processed until the conclusion of all administrative and accounting formalities, and is, therefore, stored in accordance with local tax legislation (ten years); those used to send you our newsletter are kept until you ask to stop receiving it.

This includes the companies who handle our order despatch service and our delivery company. (f) We will not pass your information to any third parties outside of DesignNest, except where required to do so as a part of the sale, disposal or transfer of our business.

At any time, depending on the specific processing, you can: withdraw your consent to data processing; know what are your personal data in our possession, their origin and how they are used; request the update, correction or integration as well, in the cases provided for by the current provisions, the cancellation, the limitation of processing or oppose to their processing. If you wish, you can request to receive personal data in possession of CubeTech that concern you in a format readable by electronic devices and, where technically possible, we can transfer your data directly to a third party indicated by you.

If you are under 18, you may use our online store only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. In accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, we will not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13.
